About Me

The woman behind the computer ...

I have always had a real passion for all things creative and still in nappies you couldn’t keep me away from crayons and poster paints. Luckily for all I have since discovered that actual paper, canvas or silk is a much preferred location for my artistic experimentation than the living room wallpaper – and gets me into a lot less trouble!

After studying ‘A’ levels in art, photography and media studies I had some years’ experience working with a professional photographer, local television station and e-business company. During this time my freelance work crossed a wide spectrum of styles focusing on painting, jewellery making and photography (including quite a number of commissions from both corporations and private individuals).

But my true passion has always been graphic design. With this in mind, at the grand old age of 26 I decided to take the plunge and move to Cambridge to study for a Graphic Design BA (hons) degree, where I gained a First Class. The rest, as they say, is history and I am loving every minute of my career.

I hope you enjoy looking through my portfolio – hopefully you will agree that I have progressed considerably from hand impressions on the lounge wall (my Mum does anyway!)
